This is signature Brunner. A before picture would have shown you a blank, boring cement patio. Jim added fieldstone, translucent block-glass on wraparound steps, leading to a footbridge crossing a triple koi-pond, fed by a natural stone waterfall. Award winning, yet private, special and unique to the home-owner.

This design uses the waterfall to stop the eye from roaming beyond what is yours. The neighbors won’t need to shut you out because you’ll be enraptured by your piece of Paradise. So will they! Jim used flagstone, stone and natural waterfalls (each extremely low maintenance) to separate out the world of the common, then added just a touch of color to invite you to stay.

About our Nursery
Natural Wonders Landscaping is a five acre nursery, with 30,000 plants growing vertically in our hydro-ponic growing systems. We grow a variety of strawberries, peppers, lettuces, spinach and much more. Our farm is unique to the area and a great destination to see first hand how a hydro-ponic farm operates.
We offer a behind the scenes tour of our nursery, which is geared to specific age groups, be it children or adults. Over the past 2 years we have had the privilege of working with a large number of schools, after school groups and garden groups, in Saint Lucie, Martin, Indian River and Palm Beach County. We are currently scheduling tours for schools, scout troops, and garden clubs that are looking for a fun, educational local attraction.
Tours Monday-Wednesday
You will enjoy a behind the scenes Tour of our nursery. A walk about the nursery where you will learn the basics and wonders of hydroponic farming.
Almost everyone likes to garden or grow something outside or inside. Some like vegetables, others like flowers or green plants and some people only grow herbs. Natural Wonders Landscaping has made gardening easy and efficient for everyone. You can do it inexpensively as a home gardener or on a large commercial scale.
At Natural Wonders Landscaping we replace the soil with a natural growing media that is clean and porous. These soil substitutes consist of coconut fiber, perlite, and sometimes vermiculite. These materials contain very little, if any nutrients that can be absorbed by the plants, but provide a perfect soil substitute. A well balanced fertilizer is then added in a hydroponic or organic solution. Water retention, but not water logging, is the ideal soil substitute. Porosity is the technical term.
The nutrient solution is the most important part of the system. You can have varying degrees of success in many substitute soils, but with the proper nutrient and media you can produce more than you ever thought possible in less space with less fertilizer, less water, and less or no pesticides.
