On behalf of The School Board of Broward County, Florida and the Career, Technical, Adult and Community Education (CTACE) Department, I would like to thank you for participating in the 2010 Broward County Career and Technical Education Student Conference, Careers Unplugged -A Greener Pathway to Success, on Tuesday, April 20, 2010. You and/or your organization positively impacted approximately 800 student attendees in the Academy of Finance, Academy of Hospitality and Tourism, Academy of Information Technology, Agriscience, Automotive Service Technology, Building Trades and Construction Design Technology, Business Supervision and Management, Culinary Operations, and Health Science Education Programs. Your contribution has been pivotal in the success of the student conference this year.
The 2010 Broward County Career and Technical Education Student Conference, Careers Unplugged, A Greener Pathway to Success, directly contributes to employment readiness of our students across key industries. This conference is a national model being replicated by other school districts as an example of a premier collaborative effort between education and the private sector. We greatly appreciate your contribution of time, talents, and/or financial resources.
