Dear Ms. Friedenberg,

I am writing this letter in recoginition of the wonderful landscaping job that your employee, Rita Dahma, did at my home. Ms. Dahma came to my home initially and listened carefully to me as I told her flowers that I like and don't like, as well as the look that I was trying to achieve.  She asked my budget, and then we went outside and walked around the house. Rita was so pleasant and easy to speak with. She seemed to have an immediate understanding of my taste and she had no difficulty suggesting appropriate trees and plants.

We came back into the house and spoke some more. Rita never looked at the clock or rushed me. She made a drawing that was exactly what i had in mind, not overplanting and definitely staying within my budget.

The landscaping job was completed two weeks later. Rita was at my home the entire time. She phoned me when she was on the way to my home and when she complted the job. She was excited with the end result as I was. 

My home looks beautiful. My plants are healthy and begining to grow. When I noticed a problem, Rita came back to my home, corrected it, and checked the entire job.

I had a very positive experience with Rita Dahma and your company, and I would higly reccomend her to do jobs for my friends. Thank you for sending her to me.
